1, Initial state
In the initial state, can use the trial password “123456” to open the door. When the lock is paired with the network, the trial password “123456” will automatically be invalid.
2,Pair network method
A) How to pair the door lock (in non pairing state) with network:
Method 1: press 00#1472365#, trigger the mode of pairing network.
Method 2: press 00#14723651472365#, trigger the mode of forced pairing network.
Method 3: swipe the pairing card to trigger the mode of pairing network (only for Tuya hotel card lock).
Method 4: swipe the door opening card, then turn the key to open the door for 5 seconds to trigger the mode of forced pairing network(only for Tuya hotel card lock)
B) How to pair the door lock when the door lock is in the paired state:
Method 1: press 00#14723651472365#, trigger the mode of forced pairing network
Method 2: swipe the pairing card, and then turn the key to open the door for 5 seconds to trigger the mode of forced pairing network(only for Tuya hotel card lock).
3. App configuration (WiFi function is optional, and now only 2.4G band WiFi is supported)
1) Search "Tuya smart" in APP store or scan the QR code
to download and install.
Register and log in with your mobile number.
2) Plug in the gateway and connect it to the router, make sure your phone and the gateway are under the same network, confirm that the green light is on. (1 gateway can control 1-6 smart locks)
3) Open "home page" and click "add device", select "gateway control" and then select "gateway Zigbee" (as shown in below)
